Affiliate Programme Terms

TeamPFM Affiliate Programme — Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 26 October 2026

These terms govern participation in the TeamPFM Affiliate Programme operated by PFM Coaching (“PFM Coaching”, “we”, “us”). Please read them carefully before applying. By submitting an affiliate application, you agree to these terms.

1. Independent Contractor Status

You participate in the programme as an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, agency, or partnership relationship between you and PFM Coaching. You are responsible for your own tax and National Insurance obligations on any commission earned, and for declaring it to HMRC where required.

2. Eligibility

Participation is by application and approval. PFM Coaching may approve or decline any application at its discretion, and may suspend or remove an affiliate at any time with written notice.

3. Referral Tracking

Referrals are tracked using a 30-day cookie and IP matching. Attribution is applied on a last-click basis: where multiple affiliates refer the same customer, the most recent click within the tracking window receives the commission. You are responsible for ensuring your referral links are used correctly; PFM Coaching is not liable for commissions lost through incorrect link usage or blocked cookies.

4. Commission

Commission is calculated at 15% of eligible amounts actually paid by referred customers. Commission accrues only on money actually received by PFM Coaching: where a payment is refunded or charged back, no commission is earned, and any commission already paid on a refunded amount may be recovered by deduction from future payouts. Purchases made using complimentary vouchers or 100%-off codes generate no commission, as no amount is paid.

5. Excluded Referrals

Self-referrals (including purchases by the affiliate themselves) and purchases by members of the affiliate’s household are not eligible for commission. Referrals resulting from misuse of the programme may be voided at PFM Coaching’s discretion.

6. Promotion Rules & Disclosure

When sharing referral links, the commercial relationship must be clearly and prominently disclosed. Use “Ad” or “#ad” prominently in the content itself — the phrase “affiliate link” on its own is not sufficient disclosure. Disclosure must be visible before anyone clicks. You must not make misleading claims about PFM Coaching’s services, misrepresent results, or send unsolicited bulk messages (spam). Both you and PFM Coaching are responsible for ASA/CAP compliance in your own promotions.

7. Brand Usage

You may use PFM Coaching’s name and approved materials to promote the programme as provided, but must not alter logos, create misleading implied endorsements, or register domains or social accounts containing PFM Coaching’s brand without prior written permission.

8. Payouts

Commissions are paid monthly. Commissions accrue and carry forward until your balance reaches a minimum of £20, at which point they are included in the next monthly payout cycle. Payment is made by automated payout through SureCart and its payment provider (currently Stripe). Processing and payout fees charged by SureCart or Stripe may be deducted before the affiliate receives their money, so the amount received may be slightly less than the dashboard figure. Such deductions are between the affiliate and the payment provider and are not an additional charge by PFM Coaching. You are responsible for providing and maintaining accurate payout details.

9. Data & Privacy

To operate the programme, PFM Coaching processes data relating to your referrals, clicks, commissions and payouts, and shares what is necessary with its payment provider. The 30-day tracking cookie is set only with the visitor’s consent via the site’s cookie banner. Affiliates must not contact referred customers with marketing unless those customers have separately agreed. You may request access to, or deletion of, your own data at any time by contacting PFM Coaching.

10. Programme Changes and Termination

PFM Coaching may amend these terms, commission rates, or the programme itself. Material changes will be notified in advance where practicable. Participation is on a 3-month rolling basis; either party may end participation with 30 days’ written notice. On termination, earned and unpaid commissions above the minimum threshold will be paid at the next payout cycle; commissions arising after termination are not payable.

11. Relationship to the Ambassador Programme

The TeamPFM Affiliate Programme and the TeamPFM Ambassador Programme are distinct arrangements. A person may not claim benefits under both programmes for the same referral. Where a participant is also enrolled in the Ambassador Programme, the Ambassador Programme terms govern that arrangement and these terms do not override it.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
